أول عفو عام منذ 1991 يدخل حيّز التنفيذ… من دون جرائم المال العام
المجلس الدستوري ردّ الطعن والمحاكم بدأت تطبيق القانون.

دخل قانون العفو العام، الأول منذ 1991، حيّز التنفيذ بعد نشره في الجريدة الرسمية في 15 تشرين الأول، إثر ردّ المجلس الدستوري بالإجماع في 12 تشرين الأول الطعن المقدّم من تكتل التيار الوطني الحر، مع طلب إيضاح بعض أحكام الفساد، بحسب «عرب نيوز».
يشمل القانون جرائم محددة ارتُكبت قبل 1 آذار 2026، ويستثني القتل العمد والإرهاب والخيانة والتعامل مع إسرائيل والاغتصاب والاتجار بالبشر والعنف الأسري، وكذلك جرائم المال العام وتبييض الأموال والإثراء غير المشروع والجرائم المصرفية. وقدّر محامٍ أن يستفيد ما يصل إلى 4000 سجين وموقوف.
ومن أوائل المفرج عنهم صانع المحتوى جورج ديب «دكتور فود» بعدما أسقطت محكمة الجنايات في جبل لبنان ملاحقته في قضية مخدرات، بحسب «فرانس برس» و«غلف نيوز»، فيما ينفي محاميه التهم.
